The emulator is still a work in progress and not all games have been tested, but you can check our Github Compatiblity List. The compatibility list might not always be up-to-date though, so why don't you try it out!
The miis have a photo of a panda on them because it's a placeholder until dumping mii files from your 3DS and using them are implemented, and the emulator is panda-themed
We're still working on a config menu, so to change your settings, you need to edit the config.toml file with a text editor like Notepad

Panda3DS support for audio is a new and experimental feature. The emulator features an LLE backend for audio, which is accurate to the console but slow and off by default.
